Partenope Ensemble
Partenope Ensemble

The Partenope Ensemble is a five-voices vocal ensemble, directed by Maestro Giuseppe De Rosa. The group was founded in Gragnano in 2011 and currently is assembled with five members in order to sing in real parts.
The Ensemble is focused mainly on the interpretation of “a cappella” songs from different musical genres, from classical opera, to sacred Renaissance, to the most recent arrangements of jazz and pop songs. The Ensemble performed its first concert in 2012 in the Church of Santa Maria ad Nives (Gragnano), thanks to the availability of the parish Don Luigi Milano, who hosted the association’s meetings and rehearsals.
Later, the Ensemble realized varied and more challenging vocal performances for various religious and cultural institutions. Since 2014 “Partenope Ensemble” is registered at the ARCC, with Mrs. Carmela Pane as President and Mr. Claudio Contaldo as Vice President.
